The Law Offices of Daniel S. Rakofsky exists to provide special clients with legal advice, services, advocacy, and counsel in a wide variety of matters. Specifically, Attorney and Counselor at Law Daniel Rakofsky is a member of the Florida Bar as well as the Federal Bar of the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Rakofsky entered the practice of law after honorably retiring from a career in law enforcement where he served as a police captain in a large Florida municipality. Since that time, and in a total of 25 years of government service, Mr. Rakofsky has also served as a consultant/coordinator to the Florida Department of Children and Families in 2013-2014, and is adept at troubleshooting within the state’s child welfare system.

Mr. Rakofsky has now directed his focus on providing his legal services to families who are dealing with the difficult dynamics of Divorce, Child Support, Alimony, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, adoption, and all related areas.
